We approached Jason and Jamie through a recommendation of a colleague who had a good experience. Our old heatpump was never quite warm enough so decided something needed to be done. They did a scope of the job and were such lovely people, really enthusiastic, full of knowledge and excited to tee us up as one of their first Samsung installs.
On the day there were a few quirks from our old heatpump and they replaced a couple of things that weren’t done quite right before, with no extra charge and spent time getting it running perfectly. We’ve never had the house so warm and we have this awesome, much quieter heatpump we can control and schedule from the app (great to turn it on before getting home!). We had Airmax install a Samsung 7kw heat pump in our open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area. We are rural and it wasn’t a problem for them to travel to us. Communication was excellent & 10 days later it was installed. Very impressed with the workmanship of the install by Nathan. Efficient, tidy, well organised and gave good advice.
