Commercial HVAC in Christchurch & Canterbury

Commercial HVAC, Ventilation & Extraction Projects

Airmax assesses heating and cooling for offices, shops, hospitality sites, workshops, property portfolios and multi-unit projects. First, we consider how you use the building and which spaces need heating or cooling. We also check operating hours, existing equipment, access and the number of zones.

Heating and cooling for commercial spaces

We can discuss high-wall, cassette, ducted and other suitable systems. However, no single format suits every site. Explore heat-pump and air-conditioning installation or compare our published Samsung systems.

Commercial ventilation and extraction

Ventilation needs depend on occupancy, moisture, heat sources and building use. Airmax can assess commercial ventilation, kitchen or staff-facility extraction and related work. Any compliance requirement still depends on the actual design, building and appropriate sign-off.

Planned servicing and multi-unit maintenance

We plan maintenance around site access, operating hours and the equipment involved. Airmax can assess servicing and maintenance for single or multi-unit properties. However, some faults need separate diagnosis, parts or follow-up work.

Commercial service locations

Airmax welcomes commercial enquiries from Christchurch, Rolleston and Selwyn, as well as Pegasus, Ashburton, Rakaia and Akaroa. We also assess Twizel and other longer-distance South Island projects individually. The project scope must make travel practical.

What to send for a useful commercial assessment

Start with the site location, building use and approximate floor areas or zones. Then describe the current systems, known concerns, access limits and desired timing. Include plans or photos if you have them, so we can identify the next useful step.

Commercial HVAC questions

Can Airmax quote multiple heat pumps or air-conditioning systems for one project?

Yes, we can assess multi-unit requirements. First, we check the spaces, system types and electrical needs. We also consider access, location and the project programme.

Do you work with residential and commercial customers?

Yes. Our residential installation page covers homes, while this page covers commercial, property and larger multi-unit enquiries.

Can you assess projects outside Canterbury?

Our routine service area is Canterbury. However, we can assess larger South Island projects individually when the scope makes travel practical.

Can commercial systems be serviced as well as installed?

Yes. We first check the equipment, access and service scope. If the system needs fault diagnosis or parts, we confirm that work separately.
